Pay Tickets Online

Faculty, Staff and Students

If you need to pay parking tickets/clear a hold, you can do so in the Kyou Portal, following these easy steps:

  1. Log into the Kyou Portal using your online id.
  2. Click on the "Finances" tab.
  3. Submit payment info and follow the online instructions.

If you are unable to see your citations in the Kyou portal, you can pay your tickets by entering your license plate number into the General Public payment page linked below.

Accepted Payment Types

We accept all major credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no fee for any of these payment types.

Enrollment Holds

Your enrollment holds will be cleared within 40 minutes of the time you submit your payment.

 

Paying to Release Towed Vehicles

Important note: If you are paying for a towed vehicle, you MUST contact KU Parking & Transit! Your online payment confirmation is not sufficient to release your towed vehicle!
