Pay Tickets Online


Tickets will not be available for online payment until one (1) business day after they were issued.

Students, Faculty & Staff

If you need to pay parking tickets, including to clear a parking hold, follow these easy steps:

  1. Use this link to access your parking account.
  2. Click on "Manage My Parking Account".
  3. Log into the Kyou Portal using your online id.
  4. Click on "Pay Citations" and follow the online instructions.

General Public

If you are not a member of the student body, faculty or staff, please click here to pay tickets online. You are not required to create a guest login to pay tickets.

Accepted Payment Types

We accept all major credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no fee for any of these payment types.

Enrollment Holds

In general, your enrollment holds will be cleared within 40 minutes of the time you submit your payment. Between 11:30 p.m. and 4 a.m., holds may take longer to clear during system maintenance, and holds will not clear until noon on Sundays.


Towed Vehicles

Important note: If you are paying tickets to release a towed vehicle, you MUST contact KU Parking & Transit!

KU P&T staff are required to verify for the towing company that payment was made in full, and your online payment confirmation is by itself not sufficient to release your towed vehicle.
