If you need to pay a parking ticket, purchase a parking permit, or clear a hold, please click here to be connected to the Kyou Portal. If you are unable to see your citations in the Kyou portal, you can pay your tickets by entering your license plate number into the General Public payment page.

Accepted Payment Types

We accept all major credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is NO FEE for any of these payment types.

Your enrollment holds will be cleared within 40 minutes of the time you submit your payment.

Important note: If you are paying for a towed vehicle, you MUST contact KU Parking & Transit! Your online payment confirmation is NOT sufficient to release your towed vehicle!
